In the first part, I shared about the main issue of keto bread which is the incorrect use of psyllium husks. Today, I will be sharing with you on the different types of low carb flours. As I have mentioned before, keto recipes can be quite complicated due to the alternative ingredients used. Low carb flours have different characteristics and ratios, so you need to understand them to ensure baking success. The key is that there are so many alternative low carb flours which can be cheaper, healthier and produces better texture, so we do not have to be limited with almond and coconut flour only.
