1.  For best results, weigh the ingredients with a digital scale.

2.  Pre-heat the oven to 338F or 170C.

3.  In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients until well combined.

4.  Add all the wet ingredients and mix until smooth. Adjust taste accordingly.

5.  Grease donut pans and spoon batter into it until 1/2 or 3/4 full to allow space for the batter to rise.

6.  Bake at lowest rack for about 15 mins. These donuts cook pretty fast so do not over bake them.

7.  Remove donuts from pan and leave on metal rack to cool. Then apply glaze accordingly.

8.  These donuts can keep at room temperature for few days. They can also be refrigerated up to 2 weeks and frozen for months.

Salt = 1/2 tsp

Monk fruit = 85 g / 1/4 cup (OR any keto friendly sweetener)

Eggs = 4 large

Unsalted melted butter = 75 g / 1/3 cup

Whipping cream = 120 g / 1/2 cup

INGREDIENTS FOR CHOCOLATE VERSION

Coconut flour = 60 g / 1/2 cup

Baking powder = 6 g / 1 1/2 tsp

Salt = 1/2 tsp

Monk fruit = 120 g (OR any keto friendly sweetener)

Unsalted melted butter = 75 g / 1/3 cup

Ground cinnamon = 2 tbsp

Monk fruit = 50 g / 1/4 cup (OR any keto sweetener)

Some melted butter for brushing
